Have been using this all winter. I have a local vendor that sells Elderberry syrup which is pretty pricey. Love this method, very economical for me and love to make my own with local honey right here in Hillsboro, MO. High quality elderberry kit. I would recommend trying this product.

I absolutely love this high quality made elderberry package to mix with my own local honey and make a batch. I take this year-round! I will take 1/2 – 3/4 teaspoon daily for prevention. If I have been around anyone ill, I might up it to at least a teaspoon once or twice daily for a few days, depending on severity of the illness. If I myself start having any symptoms of feeling flu”ish” or cold-like symptoms, I up the dosage to a tablespoon 2 or 3 times a day for a few days. I really can’t remember the last time I was ill but I do know it was before I started this regimen! Make sure you add the tooth powder, too, for even better prevention and healing!
