Magnesium absorption through the skin via a bath can be helpful for relaxation, stress reduction, muscle aches and pains, and aiding sleep.
This bath salt will bubble due to the citric acid.
Ingredients:
Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Hydroxide, Citric Acid, Lavender, Grapefruit, and Cypress essential oils.

My health has declined over the past several years. Working with a holistic practitioner, I have begun working hard at detoxing my body. The Detox Bath Salts is one weapon in my arsenal. They dissolve nicely in my bath water and are not harsh on my sensitive skin. My only complaint is the size (amount of salts) per bag. I use 1 cup of salts per bath. I believe there is 2.25 cups of salts included per bag. I wish a larger size was offered.
