Cabbage – Great source of l-glutamine
Inulin (from Jerusalem Artichoke)- Feeds many healthy bacteria strains including Akkermansia Muciniphila
Collagen Peptides – Building blocks for restoring gut lining
Cranberry – Highly anti inflammatory and feeds Akkermansia muciniphila probiotic
Apple Cider Vinegar – for PH regulation

Directions: Take 1 tsp daily for intestinal support and maintance. Can be taken up to 3x per day for heavier cleansing. Make sure to drink plenty of water to ensure proper elimination.

I like this supplement for gut health. I mix it in a blueberry smoothie for a midday snack. Mixes easily no “funky” taste no grittiness-seems to make bloating better-first couple of days I noticed diuretic effect. I think I sleep better because of it too. I highly recommend. I have a sensitive stomach and this caused zero issues ?.

This stuff is wonderful. I can tell a difference after using the first time. I wake up less bloated and with more energy. I’m going to try to do the three times a day dosage. I have E.O.E and ulcers. This has seemed to reduce symptoms. It could also be the tooth powder. I use it twice a day. My teeth and gums used to be sensitive but now feel great!
